Why is your studio called Classroom 88?

Because a piano has 88 keys 😃

How much do you charge per lesson?

I keep my rates competitive with other studios in the area. I charge different fees for in-person, at-home, online, and group lessons, and my rates are subject to change over time. Please email, text, or call for more specific details.

What lesson packages are offered?

I offer monthly packages. At the start of each month, we agree upon a schedule (usually weekly lessons; sometimes twice weekly or sometimes bi-weekly), and I send an invoice to the student/parent. I find monthly scheduling allows for good flexibility in case a student adjusts or updates their goals, or in case unforeseen scheduling conflicts arise.

What is the best way to pay?

Zelle, Venmo, Checks, or Cash. I am open to other payment options if you wish to discuss that.

What are your policies regarding refunds or rescheduling?

I only offer refunds in the event that I have to cancel a lesson. If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, I ask for a notice 24 hours in advance. When communicated ahead of time, I will offer an option for a rescheduled lesson within the same week (but will not offer a refund). If a student misses a lesson without giving a notice 24 hours ahead of time, I will attempt to reschedule the lesson if possible, but can make no guarantee.
